In a hurry to go play in the snow, Annabelle hopped into her rain boots and jacket while still wearing her pajamas. Lacking gloves, she grabbed her oven mitt from her little kitchen and stuffed the other hand in the pocket. We weren't outside for more than 45 minutes or so, and she loved every second -despite the cold.
After our snow play, Annabelle warmed up with a steamy bath. I ran outside and brought in several snow balls for her to play with in the bath and she had a ton of fun.... wrapped them up in washcloths and was genuinely upset that I wouldn't let her take one to bed with her for her nap.
