Kombucha - my latest culinary delight

After losing my camera and then finally deciding to upgrade into an iPhone, I am attempting to step into a new relationship with technology. I will begin to post to my blog from my phone, complete with pictures. It means that I'll likely make more grammar mistake, and the formatting won't be perfect, but I think you'll hear from me a bit more!!
